Kim Nelson also offers a very unique Bookmaking Mini Course that your students will love. This is generally limited to advanced programs and a maximum of 15 students per session.
Each mini bookmaking course consists of three half days (3 to 4 hours) over the course of three weeks with a maximum of 15 students. Travel for this program is limited to 120 miles maximum from East Amherst, NY. Schools beyond the 120-mile radius, wanting this program, may add to the cost for travel and possible lodging for three separate trips. This program can be done in consecutive days if desired, understanding that homework will be assigned two of the three sessions.
We accept School Purchase Orders. All fees are due on the day of the presentation unless other payment arrangements have been made prior to the school visit.
Additional fees may be added for travel.
Sponsors should plan on paying for travel (air fare or mileage if farther than one hour driving distance) and reasonable lodging (non-smoking room in any reasonable hotel/motel) expenses. Travel expenses can be shared with other area schools. Three days of presentations in a row with travel on either end is all Kim likes to be away from her family. Check the listing of the schools that we have presented to and those schools scheduled for an upcoming presentation.
