Micro Pink Macaroon

Macarons are so perfect, what more could you possibly ask of them! Not to be more delicious, because that's simply not possible! To have a more delicate crunch? That would violate at least seven laws of thermodynamics! In fact, the only thing you might possibly want from a Macaron is a little durability. Wouldn't it be nice to get them by the sackful instead of in little boxes, carefully wrapped in tissue paper? We're not talking about sturdy enough to shoot into space, just sufficiently robust enough to tag along for the day!
